So impressed with the customer service and quality of work. Brought my Tesla Model S in for 4 tires and they were able to get them same day and kept me updated on the progress. Love that they road force balance which ensures a smooth ride.

I had a great experience at Discount Tire. I called ahead to schedule a tire replacement, and when I arrived, they had already reserved a parking spot for me right by the entrance, which was a very thoughtful touch. I had all four tires replaced and also got a wheel alignment. The entire process took less than an hour, with the tire replacement itself taking about 40 minutes. Everything was efficient and well organized. The price was also much better than the dealership—I saved around $200–300 for the same service. The staff were friendly, professional, and patient in answering all of my questions. Overall, I highly recommend Discount Tire if you’re looking for quality service, fair pricing, and a smooth, hassle-free experience.

I recently visited Discount Tire and received exceptional service from associate KRIS, who thoroughly inspected my tires and accurately diagnosed the issue. Instead of pushing unnecessary replacements, he determined that a simple patch would fix the problem, saving me from buying new tires. Their honesty, expertise, and clear explanation of the repair process gave me complete confidence in the service. Due to high demand be ready for a long waitlist.

I came in for a free flat tire repair on my 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLE53 AMG Coupe and left with a $200+ bill because of careless workmanship. The technician failed to properly secure my OEM wheel center cap after reinstalling the wheel, and it fell off before I even made it home. On top of that, the service sheet called for 39PSI pressure, yet my vehicle was returned with 49 PSI, forcing me to turn around and come back. These are basic details that should never be missed. The employees were friendly, but attitude alone isn’t enough. People trust you with expensive vehicles and expect the work to be done correctly. A “free” repair isn’t free when a lack of attention to detail ends up costing the customer hundreds of dollars. I didn’t even bother calling because no one was going to recover my lost center cap or reimburse me for the replacement. This experience completely destroyed my confidence in this location. If you bring your vehicle here, inspect everything before you drive away—wheel caps, tire pressures, lug bolts, everything. I made the mistake of trusting the workmanship. Update: Store manager Jeff was kind enough to help me resolve the issue by filing claim for the loss and

I can’t say enough about this location. The manager Jeff, our associate Garrett and tire magician Brandon helped us out today. My dad had a stroke, and lives out of town. We were very concerned about his tires and his ability to sit through a replacement since he couldn’t be left alone. I called ahead and they really took amazing care of us. I will definitely be a customer for life!
